C.C.C. #2026 - Character #8 = Princess Cassandra Von Brimstone ("FATE")

It's time to find out which genre I'm using for this business -- start with the last business I used Mythic Game Master Emulator for.

Question #1: Genre = Fighting Series (One Piece)? My View: 50/50. M.G.M.E's View: 58. No. 

Question #2: Genre = Hareem Anime (No Need For Tenshi)? My View: 50/50. M.G.M.E's View: 55. No. When I get a no from M.G.M.E., I don't do a Random Event unless I'm doing a Cartoon Action Hour business or a Dream Park business. No questions asked, no answers given.

High Concept = Female Teenage Vampire.

Trouble = Always wants blood.

For the two freebie Aspects of my character, I went with the following: "Has a good knowledge of dark magic" & "Likes to be villainous instead of heroic."

For her one Great skill, I'm going with Lore. For her two Good businesses, I'm going with the following: Deceive and Will. 

For her three Fair business, I'm going with the following: Burglary, Contacts & Resources.

For her Four Average business, I'm going with the following: Physique, Provoke, Stealth & Fight. That leaves the following in her mediocre business: Academics, Athletics, Crafts, Drive, Empathy, Investigate, Notice, Rapport, & Shoot.

The Refresh Business number is 3 unless I go overboard with Stunts for my female vampire -- no questions asked, no answers given.

For my character's free stunt, I'm going with the following: "Because I am a vampire, I can turn myself into any animal on the following list without a dice roll: bee, spider, snake, & coyote.”

The name of my female vampire is Princess Cassandra Von Brimstone.

Character Creation Challenge 2023: #11 = “FATE"

Ok. We are still in “Repeatville” as our next game is FATE. The most recent version of this game is FATE Condensed -- so that is going to be the version of FATE, I’m using. And since I’m in a  “Pokèmon” mode -- I use the Pokemon anime as the base of the world that my PC lives in.

Step #1 is the High Concept. I’m going with the following: Wannabee Pokèmon Actress.

Step #2 is Trouble. I’m going with the following: Loves food big time.

Step #3 is Relationship. I’m going with the following: Off-and-On Rival of Hellen Troy.

Step #4 is Other Aspects. I’m going with the following: “Neat Freak” & “Shortt Temper”

Step #5 is Skills. I need one at Great. Two at Good. Three at Fair. Four at Average. The rest are Mediocre. I decided on Deceive being my PC’s Great one. Then I give her Empathy and Lore at Good. Then I give her Academics, Athletics and Will at the level known as Fair. Then Provoke, Stealth, Fight and Investigate at Average.

Step #6 is my PC her 3 Refresh Points.

Step #7 is Stunts. I do those in play.

Step #8 is Stress.

Step #9 is the name of the PC. I’m going with Susan Show.

Character Creation Challenge 2022: #11 = "FATE"

 We are back into Repeatville with our tabletop roleplaying game as we are going with “FATE”. “FATE” is a tabletop roleplaying game that can do everything from cyberpunk to western -- and every genre in between and beyond. Like last year, I will be using “Fate Condensed” as it is the most recent version of “FATE” released by Evil Hat Productions.

Step #1 is to find the genre of the campaign from the fictional Game Master.

Question #1: What is the genre of the campaign of the fictional Game Master? “Cyberpunk”? My View: 50/50. Mythic View: 57. No.

Question #2: “Espionage”? My View: 50/50. Mythic View: 8. Exceptional Yes. “Espionage is the genre for the campaign of the fictional Game Master

Step #2 is High Concept. I’m going with the following: “Disguise Artist”

Step #3 is Trouble.  I’m going with the following: “Eats a Lot”

Step #4 is the other three free Aspects. One of the three has to relate to a PC. The other two can be anything that relates to the genre of “Espionage”. I’m going with the following three Aspects: “Dr. Ayna Syithe save my bacon a lot of time”, “Dr. Sirvus must be stopped at any cost”, & “Trust everyone.” 

Step #5  is Skills. I have to pick the following: One Great Skill, Two Good Skills, Three Fair Skills, & Four Average skills. All other skills are mediocre. For my PC’s Great Skill, I’m going with Deceive. For the Good Skills, I’m going with the following: Fight & Physique.  For the Fair Skills, I’m going with the following: Empathy, Will & Stealth. For the Average skills, I’m going with the following: Shoot, Athletics, Burglary & Drive.

Step #5 is Refresh. That is 3 unless I take more than three Stunts. 

Step #6 is the Stunts. I can get up to 3. I’m going with one Stunt. I think I am not going to put any stunts in -- and wait until me and the other players in the fictional group play in the fictional Game Master’s campaign.

Step #7 is getting the Stress boxes. Since I have Physique skill in the Good slots -- I get six boxes for Body Stress -- but since I also have Will skill in my Fair slots, I get 4 boxes for my Mind Stress.

Step #8 is getting the Consequences set up. Consequences are split up between three businesses: Mild, Moderate, and Severe. 

Step 9 is Name. I’m going with the following: Connie Stume. 

Step #10 is Appearance. I’m going with the following: “When not in disguise, Connie Stume is a female adult human with blonde hair and blue eyes usually dressed in a pink sweater, purple slacks, a pair of pink socks, and a pair of purple loafers.”

Character Creation Business 31: FATE Condensed

 Evil Hat’s “FATE” is another universal tabletop. FATE has three versions:

“Fate Core”, “Fate Condensed”, & “Fate Accelerated”. The second one is the most recent one, go I’m going with that one. 

Step #1 is that I need a genre for this character. Time to bring out “Mythic” for some help here! Question #1: Is the genre the following: “Cyberpunk”? My View: 50/50. Mythic View: 92. Exceptional No. It is neither “Cyberpunk” nor “Espionage”. Question #2: “Fantasy”? My View: 50/50. Mythic View: 65. No. Question #3: “Horror”? My View: 50/50. Mythic View: 23. Yes. Our character is for a “horror” campaign. 

Step #2 is to get a High Concept. The following is: “A Good-Hearted Eldritch Abomination”.

Step #3 is to get a Trouble. The following: “Causes Insanity In Human By Accident.”

Step #4 is a Relationship that has another PC. Since I’m going with this also, I’m going with the following: “Dr. Hydranstien hates me for making his daughter insane.”

Step #5 is dealing with the Other Aspects. For this one, I’m going with the following: “Culthuthu Loves Me” & “Xayakaxa is always trying her hardest to get me to turn evil.”

Step #6 is Skills. I get to pick One Great Skill (+4), Two Good Skills (+3), Three Fair (+2), Four Average Skills (+1) -- and the rest get Mediocre (+0). The skills are the following: Academics, Athletics, Burglary, Contacts, Empathy, Fight, Investigate, Lore, Notice, Physique, Provoke, Rapport, Resources, Shoot, Stealth, and Will. Since our PC is Eldritch Abomination, I the Lore at Great. Next, I think Stealth and Will are our PC’s Good Skills.  For the PC’s Fair Skills: I’m going with Fight, Investigate, & Notice. The rest get Mediocre.

Step #7 is to get Refresh. Refresh is always 3 unless you have more than Three Stunts. I’m going with only one stunt for this PC which is the following:  “E.A.H: Become I am Eldritch Abomination, I can summon a strange alien creature to help me but only once per session.” 

Step #8 is to get the Stress Boxes. They are two kinds of stress. Most PCs start out with 3 boxes.  Since my PC’s Pyshique is Mediocre, I get three boxes. Become my Will is Good, I get six boxes

Step #9 is to get Consequences Slots. These are usually empty as that stop - and they are three types: Mild, Moderate, and Severe.

Step #10 is the Name. The name of the PC: Laxartavia the Traitor.

Step #11 is the Appearance. For Laxatavia: “When not around humans, she usually looks like someone put a bird, an elephant, a whale, a human, a snake into a blender, and Laxatavia was the outcome of that blended business. When around humans, Laxatavia takes the form of a tiny teenage girl with pink hair, green skin, and neon-orange eyes usually dressed in a white toga and sandals.”
