Character Creation Challenge 2024: #4 = “Muse” ("Castles & Caverns")

For our next series for this “Cartoon Action Hour: Season” character creation business, I’m going with “Castles And Caverns”, which is the “Dungeons & Dragons” equal, in the world where all “Cartoon Action Hour” series are real animated series. 

 

I’m going with Superhuman Tier and 50 Points here. 

Step #1 is Name. I’m going with Muse here.

Step #2 is The Series. In this case, it’s “Castles & Caverns”.

Step #3 is the Appearance. I’m going with the following: “Muse is a female elf with blue skin, light white hair, and blue eyes wearing a pink evening gown and a pair of pink high-heel shoes.”

Step #4A is the Signature Quality -- which I’m going with the following: “Female Elf Bard” Step #4B is the Standard Qualities -- which I’m going with the following two businesses: “Always thinking” & “doesn’t like magic users.”

Step #5 is Star Power and Base Oomph. I’m going to assume the Base Oomph for PC for “Castles and Cavern” is a 3 -- that is Muse’s Star Power and Base Oomph ratings.

Step #6 is Traits. The following are the traits that I brought for Muse with the math business with brackets as usual:

Step #7 is Special Rules. First off, I’m going to take “Accessory” for both CROSSBOW and FLUTE. Then I going to take “Action Feature” for CROSSBOW.

Step #8 is Upgrades. I’m going with #2 -- and giving her ANIMAL KNOWLEDGE at 1 -- and then using the next two Upgrades for #1 -- getting trait up to a 3.
