Our next series will please both Jason Bravesteel and Kraggor as the series for this “CAH: S3” business is their epic failure of an action cartoon from the 1980s: “Galatic Heroes”. The following screenshots for the PC Guideline from the mini-book on this epic failure of an action cartoon series:
Step #1 is Name. That is going to be Cobweb. This is another “method to my madness” business here.
Step #2 is Series. That is the following: “Galactic Heroes”.
Step #3 is Appearance. I’m going with the following: “Cobweb is a male spider-like humanoid with blue fur, white hair, and red eyes wearing a white tunic with holes for each of his legs.”
Step #4A is Signature Quality -- which Is the following: “Adult Male Webbian”. Step #4B is the two Standard Qualities -- which I’m going with the following: “Love to be sneaky” & “People think he is a villain.”
Step #5 is Traits. The following are the traits that I brought Cobweb with the math business in brackets as usual:

Step #6 is Special Rules, I’m going with only two -- which are the following for RAY GUN: “Action Feature” and “Accessory”
Step #7 is Upgrades. I decided to take no Upgrades for Cobweb....
