C.C.C. #2025 - Character #28 - Michelle Mayfloor ("Primetime Adventures")

The fictional show for this business is "Dice This". "Dice This!" takes place in the alternate
1980s were the Satanic Panic never happened and playing tabletop roleplaying games is
considered the nerds' equal to the jocks' playing American Rules Football. The title is also the
name of the in-the-universe show that the characters are making for Nickelodeon.

The show is going to be pretty light-hearted -- no questions asked, no answers given. Besides
taking place in an alternate universe, there aren't other fantastic businesses (i.e. ghosts, genies,
spies & aliens). The TV rating for this business is a Y7-FV as the group plays "Dungeons &
Dragons" more than the other tabletop roleplaying games. The cast lists for this fictional series
contain the following: show host, show players, show writers, Nickelodeon suits, TSR suits,
family members of the show host, family members of the show players, friends of the show host,
friends of the shows players, friends of the show writers, newsreporters, tabletop roleplaying
game players, tabletop roleplaying game store owners, tabletop roleplaying game workers, & tabletop roleplaying game players. The common bond for the PCs here is they are the host and
the main players of the show.

The name of this PC is the following: “Michelle Mayflower”

The Concept of M.M. is the following: "Reality Show Host”

M.M's appearance is the following: "16 years old, has long blonde hair dyed neon pink, has one
purple eye and one gray eye, & looks like Valley Girl by the outfits that she picks.”

M.M.'s Personality is the following: "Overfriendly to the point of being annoying & always tries to
kiss the suits' boots -- for lack of better American English words -- when she gets a chance to."

For M.M.'s Speech business, I'm going with the following: "Normal sentences that sound like
someone from Texas."

For M.M.'s background, I'm going with the following: "Teenage actor hired to host Dice Time.

For M.M.'s Issue, I'm going with the following: “Cowardly”.

For her "Impulse" business is the following: "Running Away"

For M.M.'s Personal Set, I'm going with the following: "Michelle's Private Dressing Room".

For her connection, I'm going with the following: “Alice Lincoln-Washington, a friend of her
mom."

The group decided that the series's seasons are made out of five episodes -- no questions
asked, no answers given. The following list contains how M.M's screen business is done:

● EP #1: 1
● EP #2: 1

Character Creation Challenge 2023: #7= “Cartoon Action Hour -- Season 2”

Ok. Now, it’s on to Season Two (read: Second Edition) of “Cartoon Action Hour”.

Our first step is figuring out the genre for this one. Question #1: Giant Transforming Robots? My View: 38. Yes. Works for me.

Next, we need a Character Name. I’m going with Bolt for the name of my PC.

Now, we need to put a Player Name. That would be me, Dr. Fowl Thinker.

For the Series, I’m going with the following: “Transbots: The Revenge of The Warbots” -- a what-if business that went a little different after the 1980s movie.

For Group Affiliation, I’m going with the following: “The Transbots”.

For Appearance, I’m going with the following: “Bolt is a tall human-looking robot make out of blue metal with orange optics for his eyes.”

For Factoids, I’m going with the following: “Likes cartoons”, “Hates sports”.

For Subplots, I’m going with the following: “Vow: Kick the Warbots’ metal hides for good”, & “Mystery Complication”.

For Trait Points, I’m going to take 100 points to build a good robot. Both the regular traits and action features Maximum is 12 for this fictional action cartoon. The following is what I brought for Bolt with the math business in brackets as usual.

  • Robot Body 10 [100 - 16 = 84]

  • Agility 9 [84 - 14 = 70]

  • Smarts 8 [70 - 12 = 62]

  • Laser Gun 7 [62 - 10 = 52]

    • Enhancer Bonus [52 + 1 = 53]

    • Accessory Restriction [53 - 1 = 52]

  • Fighting Jet Form 12 [52 - 20 = 32]

    • Transform - Self [32 - 1 = 31]

For Bolt’s fighting jet appearance, I’m going with the following: “Bolt’s fighting jet form appears to be a normal jet made out of blue metal. “

For Bolt’s fighting jet’s subplots, I’m going with the following: “Can easily be hidden” & “Not easily recognizable”.

To start with Bolt’s airplane traits, I move “Robot Body 10” down -- and change to Jet Body -- then I move both Agility and Smart down. Now, I can send 20 points (12 + 8 = 20) for other traits. I start with 8 in Fast. 20 - 8 = 12. Now, I go with a Maneuverability of 8. 12 - 8 = 4.

Now it’s time for Stats. I’m using 8 points to get 4 Oomphs for Bolt. 31 - 8 = 23. That makes Bolt’s Threshold a 12. Since Fighting Jet Form is his highest rating -- 12 is his Battling Rating.

Below this paragraph, Bolt’s full stats is waiting for you.

ICONS RPG - Smith's Adversary: Minda

Time for that evil female  engineer, Smith, to get her hero.

Role Roll: 5 = Adversary.  That’s means follow the roles in the ICONS first edition rulebook.

Origin Roll: 7 = Birthright: The hero was born with or destined to develop superhuman powers. The character gains your choice of one additional power, which
should be innate, and not a device, or +2 to a rolled power level.

  • Coordination: 7 = 5
  • Strength: 5 = 4
  • Intellect: 8 = 5
  • Awareness: 7 = 5
  • Willpower: 7 = 5

Math time: 5 + 5 = 10. 5 + 5 + 5 = 15. 15 + 10 = 25 + 4 = 29. 29 > 20. It’s good.

4 = Powers.

How many specialities? 7 = 2 Specialties. I’m going with Criminology and Leadership for the hero.

Appearance: Minda appears a small female humanoid with gray skin, green hair, and green eyes usually dressed in a green body-tight spacesuit.

Background: On early night in 1947, Minda’s spaceship crashed land outside of Roswell, Mexico. As usual, the United States of America’s army come to it. They were shock to the UFO -- so they took as much as they can.

Later that night, the United States of America’s army were shock to discovered that they was an intruder. That intruder was actual Minda. Minda had used her birthright powers of mind shield, interfacing with computers, and super-speed to come her. Impress the the military's high-up talk for her for weak. After that week was up -- the United States of Army announced that an alien did land on Earth -- giving Minda’s name to the press.

ICONS RPG -- The Scarecrowe’s Reflection: Wolva

This time around it’s time for Scarecrow to get his hero. In this case, I’m assuming Transformed.

Role Roll: 12 = Reflection: The villain has the same Origin and powers as the hero—including
abilities above level 6—but differing aspects, and possibly differing descriptions
of the powers’ “special effects”. For example, a hero with Wizardry (Magic) might
have a Reflection who also has Magic, but evil magic rather than good magic. The
villain may choose different Specialties than the hero.

Ok. The following facts are know:

  • Fact #1: The hero is Transformed.
  • Fact #2: His Attributes are following: Prowess = 3; Coordination = 3; Strength = 4; Intellect = 4; Awareness = 7, Willpower = 8
  • Fact #3: The Powers are the following: Animal Control; Immunity; Invulnerability; Life Support; Plant Control; Regeneration.
  • Fact #4: Stamina equals  12
  • Fact #5: Determination Points equals 1

Hmmm. Got a idea.

Appearance: Wolva appears to a large sliver wolf with white eyes wearing a long red dress. Lea Hai appears to a normal Japanese-American with blonde hair and white eyes usually dressed in a sliver shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers.

Background: Wolva history begins in a small California town in near the Oregon border known as Dirtbag. One day, on Halloween night while dressed like a wolf -- Lea Hai, a Japanese-American find gangsters doing some pollution -- who tried to stop them -- but end up falling into some toxic waste. That toxic waste some activated her family’s DNA -- you see Lea Hai come from a family of werewolves. Using her new werewolf -- she found the pollution-making gangster and dropped them off at police station.

Quality: The Super Wolf-Human & Secret Identity: Lea Hai, a everyday young woman.
Challenges: Weakness (Sliver)

We are done here.

ICONS RPG: Rorek the Ice Elf's Opposite: Fryika

ICONS RPG -  Rorek the Ice Elf’s Opposite: Fryika

Since Rex Mundi is one of another one of ICON’s masterminds, I’m going to the next villain, Rorek the Ice Elf. Since he’s a Frost Giant of Norse myth, I have to use Rorek is Unearthly.

Role Roll: 8 = Opposite:  The villain has the same Origin as the hero. Do not roll the villain’s powers. Instead, assign the villain the same number of powers as the hero,
but choose “opposing” powers. So if the hero has Elemental Control (Fire), for
example, the villain could have Elemental Control (Cold) or (Water). The creating
player gets to interpret “opposite” with the GM’s approval.

Ok. That means we our hero is Unearthly.  Let’s list the powers of Rorek: Cold Control, Dimensional Travel, Immunity to Cold, Strike Device & Super Senses. That’s 5 powers, but before I work on the opposite powers, I’m going with roll for the six attributes. But first the bonus for Unearthly: Increase two of the character’s abilities (your choice) by +2.

  • Prowess: 5 = 4
  • Coordination: 3 = 2
  • Strength: 9 = 6
  • Intellect: 8 = 5
  • Awareness: 9 = 6
  • Willpower: 6 = 5

I decide to wait until I figure out the powers before deciding on where I’m going to use the two +2 on. Let’s do some math

4 + 2 = 6
6 + 5 = 11
6 + 5 = 11
11 + 11 = 22
22 + 6 = 28
28 > 20.  We are good to move on..

Let’s re list the powers: Cold Control, Dimensional Travel, Immunity to Cold, Strike Device & Super Senses.

  • Power #1:  I’m going with Fire Control at the same level as Rorek has it.
  • Power #2: I’m going with Dimensional Travel as the same level as Rorek has it.
  • Power #3: Immunity to Heat that is automatic 10.
  • Power #4: A Fire Hammer (Strike Device) at the same level as Rorek’s ice sword.
  • Power #5: Super-Senses -- Magic, Light to go with same level as Rorek’s super senses.

Getting bore of hunting through the fire deities on Wikipedia.  I decide to make a fictional goddess. Fryika

Appearance is the following: Fryika appears a tall woman with red hair and red eye dressed in a red blouse, a long red dress, and some red combat boots.

Background is as followed: n another dimensional, Fryika was the fire god for much of the dinosaurs and follow them -- their human descents. On day, a meteorite destroyed that Earth completely.. Fryika was picked by her follow deities in go through the multiverse to find another Earth. She come to ICON’s main universe after a few non-Earth universes and start fighting crime.

Forget about these.

# of Specialities: 6 = 2 Specialities. I picking Power (Fire Control) & Power (Dimensional Travel) as her specialities.

Ok. Time to find out which one gets the +2 to it. See the following table for rolls and what they stand for...

Roll
Item Upgraded
1
Prowess
2
Coordination
3
Strength
4
Intellect
5
Awareness
6
Willpower
7
Fire Control
8
Dimensional Travel
9
Fire Hammer
10
Super Senses.
I can roll twice. Let’s find out the two numbers.

4 = Intellect & 6 = Willpower.  Both are 5 right now, so that turns them into 7. 7 + 7 = 14. 14 is Fryika’s Stamina.

Determination Points Math Time: 6 = 2 (For the two attributes over 7) = 4 - 5 (For the powers) = -1 < 0. We do have a minimum of 1 Determination Points.

Qualities are: “Calm” & “Long fuse”
Challenge is: “No Secret Identity”

We are done here....

  • Name: Fryika
  • Origin: Unearthly
  • Attributes:
    • Prowess: 4
    • Coordination: 2
    • Strength: 6
    • Intellect: 7
