ICON RPG --: Puslar's Adversary: Tima

I accidentally skipped two characters: Pulsar and Recluse. Today, I handle that Soviet nutcase. I am going with Transformed here.


Role Roll: 3 = Adversary: Roll to generate the villain’s Origin and other traits the same as a
hero.

Origin Roll: 8 = Gimmick: The character’s powers all come from devices of some kind. One
of the character’s mental abilities (your choice) is increased by +2.


Attributes Rolls:

• Prowess:  8 = 5
• Coordination: 8 = 5
• Strength:  9 = 6
• Intellect:  7 = 5
• Awareness: 9 = 6
• Willpower: 7 = 5

It's a three-way toss up between Intellect, Awareness and Willpower. I'm going to roll a d4. If I get a 1, it's Intellect gets the +2, if it's 2 Awareness gets the +2, and if it's 3, it's willpower that gets the +2. If I get 4, I will re-roll until I get another number. The rolled number is 3. It's willpower.

Ok. Let's do the math

5 + 5 = 10
6 + 5 = 11
6 + 7 = 13
10 + 11 = 22
22 + 13 = 35
35 > 20. We are good to go.

# of Powers: 11 = 5. Now that's a good number.

• Power #1: Power Group (9 = Offensive); What Power? (4 & 3 = Blinding )
• Power #2: Power Group (4 = Control); What Power? (5 & 3 =  Time Control)
• Power #3: Power Group (9 = Offensive); What Power? (5 & 3 =) - This has been stopped in order to pay for Time Control.
• Power #4: Power Group (6 = Defensive ); What Power? (1 & 1 = Force Field)
• Power #5: Power Group (9 = Offensive); What Power? (3 & 2 = Blinding). I'm going with the +2 to it's Power Level -- and I'm assume it's a whip.

Let's find out the power levels:

• Time Control Device : 6 = 4
• Force Field Device:  6 =  4
• Whip (Blinding Device): 10 =  6 + 2 = 8.

# of Specialties? 12 = 4. I'm going with the following: Computers, Electrics, Leadership, and Knowledge (This covers anything you can learn in school from English to History -- and everything between and behind). In the case of this hero, I'm going with history.

STA: 5 + 7 = 12

DP: 6 - 3 ( For the powers) - 1 (for that over 7 attribute) = 2 

Appearance: Tima appears a tall woman with purple hair and purple eyes dressed in a purple catsuit.

Background:  When Tempus Khan was first appear in the present day, it got Tima into trying to figure out how to control time. Knowing that Tima was not supposed to find out to figure out know, decide to use far-future mind control on Rex Mundi to use Troll and Speedsaw against Tima. Tima was throw back as well some of her rejected ideas. She was able to use some items to create a time control device that allowed her to return her to the present day. She wonders what happen to those items and become a superhero to find out what happen to them.

Qualities is: "The Time Girl"

Challenges are: "No Secret Identity", "Arch-Enemy: Tempus Khan", "Arch-Enemy: Smith" (Ironically, the reject blueprints ended up in a mystery person that e-mail it to Smith.)
