ICONS RPG - Patroit's Reflection: Hazard

Time one of the military nutcase to get a hero. In this case, it's the first one in the rule book, Patriot. I'm going to assume Trained.

Role Roll: 11 = Reflection: The villain has the same Origin and powers as the hero—including
abilities above level 6—but differing aspects, and possibly differing descriptions of the powers’ “special effects”. For example, a hero with Wizardry (Magic) might have a Reflection who also has Magic, but evil magic rather than good magic. The villain may choose different Specialties than the hero. That means Trained, Attributes are gotten from Patriot's file, and I need to come with ideas for opposites power. Let's get the number plug in. Here's the assuming numbers from Patroit's file in Villicaonon.

  • Prowess: 5
  • Coordination: 4
  • Strength:  4
  • Intellect: 3
  • Awareness:4
  • Willpower: 6

Here's where I pick my opposites.

  • Pick Power #1: Hazard Suit (Force Field Device) at 8.
  • Pick Power #2: Jet Book (Super-Seed Device) at 8
  • Pick Power #3: Mace (Bashing Device) at 5
  • Pick Power #4: Maya (Interface Device) at 10.

Specialties? Should I roll for these,, Mythic? My View: 50/50. Mythic View: 59. No. Then I pick a the same number of Specialties as Patriot has. That's four.

  • Pick Specialty #1: Computers
  • Pick Specialty #2: Electronics.
  • Pick Specialty #3: Science (Ecology)
  • Pick Specialty #4: Leadership

HP: 4 + 6 = 10
Oomph: 6 - 4 (For four powers) = 2

Appearance: Hazard appeared to a long pink hair girl with purple eyes dressed in a cartoon yellow-hazard suits. Harriet Zard appears to a long pink hair girl with purple eyes dressed in a yellow blouse, blue jeans, and yellow high-heel shoes. Maya appears to a large cartoon boxy retro-future portal computer as soon though the eyes of 1980s Western Animation animators.

Background: Hazard start off as a idea of a 1980s Western anime for "Hazard and the End of the Word, an "After-The End" cartoon in which caused deadly smog to hang dangerously in the air..  It only lasted one season, but it had a small group of fans that kept the tape circling including some portions of YouTube. One day, Warlock had a battle with Zergo -- assuming that Zergo was magic imp from another dimension. Zergo was animated cartoon characters. When the smoke clean and Zergo was sent home by the Warlock, only Hazard end up left behind. Warlock quickly used his black market connections to get the entire series on VHS for her.. Hazard was not surprising by this reveal  -- and befriended the Warlock -- who give Hazard her outfit for her secret identity of Harriet Zard - -and she started a fight against injustice similar to how she handles injustice on her show.

Qualities are the following: "1980's Heroic Cartoon Character" & "Connection: Warlock"

Challenges are: "Prefers a fair fight" & "Doesn't believe in actual magic."
