I am in the mood for a new anime -- a cosmic horror series. This one is called “Cosmic Horror Hunters”. For this anime business, I’m going with the following: Star Power 2, Human Tier, and 18 Traits Points.
Step #1 is Name. I’m going with Cassandra Craft.
Step #2 is Series. That is the following: “Cosmic Horror Hunters”
Step #3 is Appearance. I’m going with the following here: “Cassandra Craft is a female human who is half-Japanese and half-Irish with red hair and red eyes usually dressed in a green business suit that would not be out of place on a man in the 1920s or a red and white kimono that would not be out of place on a citizen of Japan in the 1920s.”
Step #4A is Standard Quality. I’m going with the following here: “Normal Adult Female Human”. Step #4B is Standard Qualities -- I’m going with the following two here: “Private Eye” & “Loves soda.”
Step #5 is Star Power and Base Oomph. Since I’m going with 2 for Star Power for PCs for this series -- that is C.C.’s Star Power and Base Oomph.
Step #6 is the Traits. The following is what I have purchased for C.C. with the math business in brackets as usual:

Step #6 is Special Rules. I will start by giving the “Accessory” Special Rule to the following two traits: PISTOL & DAGGER. Next is putting the “Fickle” rule next to the “COSMIC HORROR KNOWLEDGE”. Now, I’m going to put the “Action Feature” on PISTOL.
Step #7 is Upgrades. I assume that I don’t need to do any upgrades for C.C...
