Character Creation Challenge 2024: #27 = “Patrick 'Pumpkin' Potluck” ("Ghost Patrol")

OK. I have been busy with another tabletop roleplaying game business -- but I think I need to get the final 5 characters for this character creation business that I am using “Cartoon Action Hour: Season 3” for. 

 

For this series, I’m going with the following series: “Ghost Patrol”.  The following screenshot contains the guidelines for creating PCs for this fictional action cartoon.

Step #1 is a Name. I’m going with Patrick Potluck as the name. I’m going with “Pumpkin” as his nickname.

Step #2 is the Series. That is the following: “Ghost Patrol”.

Step #3 is Appearance. I’m going with the following: “Patrick ‘Pumpkin’ Potluck is a short and fat male human with red hair and green eyes usually wearing a brown Ghost Patrol uniform that covers everything but his head.”

Step #4A is Signature Quality -- which for P.P. is the following: “Member of The Ghost Patrol”. Step #4B is Standard Qulies -- which for P.P. is the following two: “Big Eater” & “Bends himself backward for kids.”

Step #5 is Star Power and Base Oomph. That is 3 for both according to the Guidelines posted earlier.

Step #6 is Traits. The following businesses have the traits that I have purchased for P.P. with the math business in brackets as usual:

• GHOST RIFLE 4 [18-4=14]

• AGILITY 1 [14 - 1 = 13]

• SMARTS 2 [13 - 2 = 11]

• DRIVING 1 [11 - 1 = 10]

• POP CULTURE KNOWLEDGE 2 [10 - 2 = 6]

• AIMING 2 [6 - 2 = 4]

• EATING FOOD 2 [4 - 2 = 2]

Step #7 is Special Rules. I’m starting with an adverse Special Rule: “Disadvantage: Doesn’t work on humans” for GHOST RIFLE. 3+1=4. Next, I’m taking the following two Special Rules for GHOST RIFLE: “Action Feature” & “Acceossry”

Step #8 is Upgrade -- and I don’t think that P.P. needs any upgrades....
