For my last PC for my Character Creation Challenge of this year - 2022, I will be using Risus. Risus’s rulebook is free. No joke. Sometime last year, the guy behind Risus sold that to Big Dice Game -- but it looks like 75% of the things related to Risus are still free.
Step #1 is to come up with a few Clichés for the characters. Each Cliché is related in a number of 1d6s. You have 10 dice for your characters’ Clichés. I can’t have more than 10 different Clichés for my PC. The following is what I give my PC with the math business in brackets as usual:

Step #2 is a Name. I’m going with Donna Dragon.
Step #3 is a Description: “Donna Dragon is a normal-sized human with blonde hair and green eyes usually dressed in a black “media” T-shirt, blue jeans that have been ripped at the knees, a pair of long white socks, and a pair of brown loafers.”
